The River That Woke Up: III — How Water Becomes Polluted

The pollution can come from outside—circumstances beyond your control. A child abandoned to its own tears. A body twisted by fate. A voice that cannot speak when the world demands words. A workplace that poisons the hands and the spirit.

The pollution can also come from inside—choices made in fear, anger, or despair. Staying too long in a swamp. Drinking from contaminated wells. Lashing out when restraint would have been wiser.

Destiny in Your Hands

But here is the truth the Seeker uncovered: even when polluted, the water still has choices.

  • You can choose how much pollution you absorb.
  • You can choose how long you stay poisoned.
  • You can choose to seek purification when conditions allow.

And because of these choices, nothing is final. Destiny is not a sentence. It is a hand that holds the sieve.
